That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. D, Building 2934, EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO.1, according to the Condominium Plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 33, Pages 53 through 58, as further described in the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4840, Page 2052, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, as thereafter amended, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 2934 Lichen Lane, Unit D, Clearwater, Florida, 33760.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 15, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
