NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-013421CICI-07, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and MARLENE WAIN; GARY WAIN; PINE RIDGE AT PALM HARBOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JANE DOE N/K/A ELISSA RICHARDSON, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 25th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT E-2, BUILDING NO. 529, OF PINE RIDGE AT PALM HARBOR III, PHASE IX, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 71, PAGES 112 THROUGH 114, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 73, PAGES 37 THROUGH 39, INCLUSIVE, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5633, PAGES 2093 THROUGH 2155, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
