NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-013628CICI-21, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEE, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MARGARET M. WIZIKOWSKI, DECEASED; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF HIGHLAND LAKES, INC. F/K/A HIGHLAND LAKES RECREATION AND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; HIGHLAND LAKES CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION, INC.; LINDA HAMILTON are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 25th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NUMBER 12-C, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, CASEMENTS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF HIGHLAND LAKES CONDOMINIUM I AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4060, AT PAGES 1407 THROUGH 1456, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, AT PAGES 9 THROUGH 12, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
