YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Unit No. 226 of THE RESIDENCE AT RENAISSANCE SQUARE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 13636 at Page 969 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; the street address of which is: 1216 S. Missouri Ave., #226 Clearwater, FL 33756.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: ASTRID GUARDADO, ESQ. Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: BECKER & POLIAKOFF, P.A. Park Place 311 Park Place Boulevard Suite 250 Clearwater, FL 33759 on or before June 18, 2012, and to file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If a Defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
