NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CC-002874 of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Valencia Park Homeowners' Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Bettsy J. Espinoza and Unknown Tenant n/k/a Alejandro Cruz are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on June 22, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 97, VALENCIA PARK UNIT UNIT 2, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 70, Page 32, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
