NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-17514-CI-13 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and ROSE A. ROSADO AND RAYMOND P. ROSADO, WIFE AND HUSBAND are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on the 29TH day of JUNE, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit: ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATED IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ:
LOT 9, BLOCK 7, ORANGE LAKE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 65, 66 AND 67 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
