NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2012, and entered in 08018162CI SEC. 13 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2009-CP1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CP1, is the Plaintiff and DANIEL DYMINSKI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL DYMINSKI A/K/A MATTIE DYMINSKI; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 A/K/A MARK DYMINSKI are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on June 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 7 FEET OF LOT 14 AND ALL OF LOT 15, BLOCK 2 NORTH EUCLID EXTENSION SUBDIVISION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
