BRYANT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHEW W. BRYANT; BANK OF AMERICA; UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH CAROLINA; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on June 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK B, NORTH CLEARVIEW HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 18 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
