NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 07, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-004921 CI (8) of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, Plaintiff, and MICHAEL A. MADDIGAN, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 6th day of June, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 3, LAKE SIDE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART, LESS THE WEST 20 FEET THEREOF CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG BY CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 268016, RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 482, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
