UNIT NO. 277, STAGE 2-D, SHERWOOD VILLAGE OF WILDEWOOD SPRINGS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 786 PAGE 612, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 45 THROUGH 48, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGES 168 THROUGH 171, AND CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGES 113 THROUGH 115, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 29th day of May, 2012.
