Notice is hereby given that R. B. Shore, Clerk of Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on June 6, 2012 at 11:00 AM, conduct through the Internet for Manatee County foreclosures at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Manatee County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 5 of Lot 12 of the Subdivision of Lots 11 and 12, of Government Lot 3, in Section 3, Township 35 South, Range 16 East, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 181 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida,
pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on May 2, 2012, in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is First Bank, as successor by merger to Coast Bank of Florida vs. Marianne Norman-Ellis, et al, and the Case number of which is number 2012 CA 000411.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
