NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 13, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2008 CA 005744 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein RWPO VI, LLC is the Plaintiff and JAVIER SUAREZ JR., is the Defendant. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1ST day of JUNE, 2012 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 133 of SILVERLAKE, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 45, Page(s) 80-87, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
