NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-007539 in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2003RZ4 was the Plaintiff and DANNY STEVE SMITH A/K/A DANNY S. SMITH A/K/A DANNY SMITH ET.AL. the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 29th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 204, BRIARWOOD, UNIT 4, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 95 THROUGH 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
