NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2009CA000965, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC. is Plaintiff and GERALD F. SHEA; EUGENIA E. SHEA; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; RIVER CLUB HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, RIVER CLUB NORTH, LOTS 1-85, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE(S) 8-18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
