BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and ANGEL R. GONZALEZ; CATHY A. GALLION; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANGEL R. GONZALEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BANK OF AMERICA , N.A.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 66: LOT 57 LESS THE SOUTH 8.28 FT. AND LOT 58, LESS THE NORTH 8.28 FT., BLOCK F, THE GOLDEN ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF VERNA, FIRST ADDITION,AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 36, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
