NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 005631, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and ROBERT CUNNINGHAM A/K/A ROBERT J. CUNNINGHAM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT CUNNINGHAM A/K/A ROBERT J. CUNNINGHAM; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; QUAIL RUN HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF MANATEE COUNTY, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
N/K/A LOT 18, QUAIL RUN, PHASE IV, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, AT PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
