NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-005485, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and ALLAN SONDGEROTH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALLAN SONDGEROTH; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 388 AND THE WEST 12.5 FEET OF LOT 389, PINECREST SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
