NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated April 16, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-000172 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-16, Plaintiff and Mark Pierce and Jana Pierce, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., on July 18 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13, HIGHLAND RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
