NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 009563, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and BERNARD L KOYEN A/K/A BERNARD R KOYEN A/K/A BERNARD LAWRENCE KOYEN; SUNRUST BANK; VIZCAYA OF BRADENTON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CONNIE S KOYEN A/K/A CONNIE KOYEN A/K/A CONNIE SUE KOYEN; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 29th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1301, VIZCAYA CONDOMINUM, PHASE 13, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1081 PAGE 3614 AND AS AMENDED AND RESTATED IN O.R BOOK 1772 PAGE 1377 AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 16 PAGE 51 AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
