NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated April 24, 2012, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-006532 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the CertificateHolders of the CWALT, Inc. Alternative Loan Trust 2006-OA17, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OA17 is the Plaintiff and Nadine S. Kacusis-Brown, et al., are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, 11:00 A.M., on June 08, 2012, the following described property, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
UNIT 105, BUILDING 33, PHASE 3A, GREENBROOK WALK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2055, PAGE 1613 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2126, PAGE 6914 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN COMMON AREAS AS SET FORTH AND DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIU,
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
