NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 18, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-012981 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for American Home Mortgage Assets Trust 2007-4 Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-4, Plaintiff and Julia Feltus are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on June 21, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 133, GREENBROOK VILLAGE, SUBPHASE GG, UNIT 1, A/K/A GREENBROOK TERRACE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 46 THRU 53 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
