Unit 104-U, Wildewood Springs II-A, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 978, Page 306, and all amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 10, Pages 82 through 86, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
