Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 5/10/2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CC-004999 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein CONDOMINIUM OWNERS ASSOCIATION OF MORNINGSIDE INC. is Plaintiff, and JAMES CLINTON QUIN; WENDY QUIN and INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICES are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 a.m., on the 14 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Bradenton, FL 34209.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
