Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 5/10/2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CC-005481 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein THE TOWNHOMES AT LIGHTHOUSE COVE III CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and GARY L. MAULFAIR is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 a.m., on the 14 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 1902 in Building No. 19 of TOWNHOMES AT LIGHTHOUSE COVE III, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2113 at Page 6788, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, as amended; the street address of which is: 239 Cape Harbour Loop, Lot 102 Bradenton, FL 34212.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
