Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 01, 2012, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on March 5, 2012, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 94, ROSEDALE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 298, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 714 37TH ST W., BRADENTON, FL 34205
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , Manatee County, Florida, on June 15, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
