NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 29, 2011 and entered in case 51-2010-CA-1139-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit and for Pasco County, Florida wherein BY AREA RESALE, A FLOIDA CORPORATION and SAMUEL LAYTON, JOYCE LAYTON, FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, , HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for case at 11:00 am www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 11th of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:

Commence at the Southeast corner of Section 5, Township 26 South, Range 20 East, Pasco County, Florida; thence run N. 01º20'50”E., along the East boundary of said Section 5, 277.58 feet; thence run N. 89º12'25”W., 176.85 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence run S. 01º20'50”W., 255.03 feet to a Point on the North right-of-way line of Boyette Road; thence run S. 89º51'09”W., along said right-of-way line, 161.89 feet; thence run N 01º20'50”E., 257.69 feet; thence run S. 89º12'25”E., 161.85 feet to the Point of Beginning.
