NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-000229-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6thJudicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 1, 2006, FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES, 2006-2 is Plaintiff and ANGEL EISENBERG; JESUS M. TORRES A/K/A JESUS TORRES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT9S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; AMERICAN GENERAL HOME EQUITY, INC.; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT#3, AND TENANT #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 14TH day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, BLOCK 2, HOMESTEADS OF SADDLEWOOD PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 134 THROUGH 143, INCLUSIVE; SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
