NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated and entered in Case No. 51-2007-CA-004745-ES in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC was the Plaintiff and MARGARET STALUS , ET AL. the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 21st day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
