Unit 7-103, The Belmont at Ryals Chase, a Condominium, as per the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 6561, Page 416, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as per declaration of condominium.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
