Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in PASCO County, Florida, on the 25th day of APRIL, 2012, in the cause wherein VELOCITY INVESTMENTS, LLC., was plaintiff and JOSEPH A. TERESI AND MONICA A. TERESI, was defendant, being case number 512009CC3451WS in said Court.
I, CHRIS NOCCO, as Sheriff of Pasco County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the defendant, JOSEPH A. TERESI AND MONICA A. TERESI, in and to the following described property, to wit:

TERESI, right, title and interest in aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above described execution.
