Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a FINAL JUDGMENT OF POSSESSION, DAMAGES AND FORECLOSURE OF LANDLORD'S LIEN issued in PASCO County, Florida, on the 13th day of MARCH, 2012, in the cause wherein GARY L. GORDON d.b.a. OSCEOLA MOBILE HOME PARK, was plaintiff and LEWIS EDGAR MONROE AND ESTHER AMANDA MONROE, was defendant, being case number 512012CC0267WS in said Court.
I, CHRIS NOCCO, as Sheriff of Pasco County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the defendant, LEWIS EDGAR MONROE AND ESTHER AMANDA MONROE in and to the following described property, to wit:

FLFL2A846321012 AND FLFL2B846321012, TITLE NOS. 15919293 AND 15919294 AND DECAL NOS. 17224768 AND 17224849, AND ALL FURNITURE, FURNISHINGS, FIXTURES, ATTACHMENTS, APPURTENANCES OR PERSONAL PROPERTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, LOCATED INSIDE THE MOBILE HOME OR ON THE MOBILE HOME LOT AND OWNED BY THE DEFENDANTS, LEWIS EDGAR MONROE AND ESTHER AMANDA MONROE, LOCATED

9904 MINNIEHAHA LANE, NEW PORT RICHEY, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
I shall offer this property for sale “AS IS” on the 19th day of JUNE, 2012, at 7432 LITTLE RD, PASCO SHERIFF'S OFFICE WEST OPERATIONS , in the City of NEW PORT RICHEY, County of Pasco, State of Florida, at the hour of 10:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said defendant's, LEWIS EDGAR MONROE AND ESTHER AMANDA MONROE ET AL, right, title and interest in aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above described execution.
