NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-003512-XXXX-WS (J3), of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-A15, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-O UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and JOEL NATHAN EATON A/K/A JOEL N. EATON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOEL NATHAN EATON A/K/A JOEL N. EATON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4 the names being fictious to account for parties in possession; BANK OF AMERICA, N A; PALM LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 18 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, PLAM LAKE TRACT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 84 AND 85 , PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
