NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of May, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-003591of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein WESLEY POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MARK E. RHOADS and PHYLLIS RHOADS, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 5th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 29, Wesley Pointe Phases 2 and 3, according to the Map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 38, Pages 27-29 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
