and commonly known as: 7507 MENGI CIRCLE, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34653; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on June 19, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
