NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-003268ES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-26, is Plaintiff and JOHN D. SMITH; PATTI L. SMITH, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 19th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 13, FOX RIDGE PHASE 2, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 61 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
