NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-011314-WS (J2) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff and Guy Colerick and Christine Colerick, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on July 31, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 217, MILLPOND ESTATES, SECTION FIVE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 109 THROUGH 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
