NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
UNIT 25, BUILDING 15, from the Condominium Plat of SUNNYBROOK VI, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Condominium Plat Book 2, Pages 91-92, inclusive, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 1481, Page 1144, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 6431 Spring Flower Drive, #25, New Port Richey, Florida, 34655-4612.
TOGETHER WITH:
A perpetual and non-exclusive easement in common with, but not limited to, all other owners of an undivided interest in the improvements upon the land above described, for ingress and egress and use of all public passageways, as well as common areas and facilitiers upon the land above described.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on June 7, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
