NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-0977-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL REAL ESTATE SERVICES LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE, INC., FKA NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE CO., is the Plaintiff and Judith E. Nelson, Unknown Tenant (s) and American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on June 12, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
