NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 01, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-007395-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2007-NCW MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-NCW is the Plaintiff and FERNANDO R. RUIZ; STRAITON AT BALLANTRAE TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC.; BALLANTRAE HIGHLANDS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A BALLANTRAE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A AMERI-TECH REALTY, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on June 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
