NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated May 8, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-003254-WS (J2) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Indenture Trustee of the Fieldstone Mortgage Investment Trust, Series 2007-1, Plaintiff and Davis Deruiter are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on June 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
TRACT 22, OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF SUNRISE ACRES, LOCATED IN PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: A PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FOR A POINT OF REFERENCE, BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 30 AND RUN THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 55' 47” EAST ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 30, 702.94 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 88 DEGREES 15' 31” EAST 487.27 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 55' 47” EAST, 329.63 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 58' 49” EAST 154.08 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 55'47” WEST 334.52 FEET; THENCE NORTH 88 DEGREES 15' 31” WEST, 154.08 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
