NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2012, and entered in 51-2011-CA-005152WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida , wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AHL2, is the Plaintiff and RUBEN SUAREZ; EDNA SUAREZ; UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on June 6, 2012 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 792, OF THE PROPOSED PLAT OF PALM TERRACE GARDENS, UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT RECORDS BOOK 727, PAGE 275, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
