ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-45 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-45, is the Plaintiff, and DONALD BRIGGS, SR, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 18361, 18362, AND 18363, LESS THE SOUTH 20 FEET, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 69, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 64, OF THE Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM, on the 27 day of July, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
