WENDY VINE A/K/A V. WENDY-VINE MARKS and KENNETH W. MARKS are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 A.M. on the 4th day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34098. VENICE GARDENS SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 34, SECTION 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
