NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 007590 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER SMITH A/K/A CHRIS A. SMITH A/K/A CHRISTOPHER A. SMITH; JOCKEY CLUB OF NORTH PORT PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; M&I MARSHALL & ILSLEY BANK; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JAVIER ANAYA; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 29th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK 2689, FIFTY-SECOND ADDITIONO TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 13 AND 13A THROUGH 13NN, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
