NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 017865 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. FORECLOSURE ADVISORS, LLC is Plaintiff and DOMENICO F. PIETRIPAOLI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOMENICO F. PIETRIPAOLI; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY; ASSET ACCEPTANCE LLC; BENEVA RIDGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; CENTURION CAPITAL CORPORATION, A MARYLAND CORPORATION, ASSIGNEE OF AMERICAN DEBT SALE, ASSIGNEE OF HOUSEHOLD BANK, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; CHASE BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CHASE MANHATTAN BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; DISCOVER BANK, N.A.; DODGE ENTERPRISES, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 4 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 104, BENEVA RIDGE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1140, PAGES 1097, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGE 26 THROUGH 26B, AND AMENDED THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
