Unit 2-A, Building 2 of SAWYER OAKS PROFESSIONAL PARK, a commercial condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Instrument Number 2005055215, and all exhibits and amendments thereto, as amended in Official Records Instrument Number 2005240144, and amended in Official Records Instrument Number 2005285251, and further amended in Official Records Instrument Number 2006035091, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 37, Pages 31, 31A through 31D, inclusive, as amended in Condominium Book 38, Pages 22, 22A through 22D, inclusive, and amended in Condominium Book 38, Pages 46, 46A through 46C, inclusive, and further amended in Condominium Book 39, Pages 9, 9A through 9C, inclusive, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
