Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on JUNE 5, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, CAROLL WOOD ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
