NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 24, 2012, and entered in 2011 CA 009303 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and STEVEN MICHAEL WILLIAMS; CHRISTINE L. WILLIAMS; AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on MAY 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 33 SOUTH GATE UNIT NO 10 AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 85 PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
