NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated May 1, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-008806-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Patrick W. Hanrahan are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M., on July 2, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 102, BUILDING 14, VILLAGIO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2003257048, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE RIGHT OF USE OF CARPORT NO. 16, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2003257048, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
