NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated May 1, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-019036 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Crystal A. Wagner and Christopher D. Barrett are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M., on June 5, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 2505, FIFTIEH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 7, 7A-7H OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
